Outline Itinerary: Buddhism Tour
01 Day: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, welcome by ART representative and transfer to hotel 2 stars at Thamel touristic city. Bed & breakfast included. Tour briefing will be given by ART staff after arrival in Kathmandu at hotel.
02 Day: Visit Boudhanath Stupa ( The biggest Buddhist stupa in the world), Swoyambunath Stupa (known as monkey temple too from where you can see entire view of Kathmandu valley), Pharping Cave Monastery where Guru Remporche Padma Shambhaba (Great Buddhist Master) had mediated in this historical cave monastery with English speaking professional cultural Guide by private car or tourist bus according to group size. Back to Kathmandu 6 hours. Bed & breakfast included in hotel 2 stars.
03 Day: Visit Namo Buddha Monastery where Buddha sacrificed his body to the tigress and 5 kids in ancient time while he was with his brothers in hunting mission in the forest of Namo Buddha near the Panauti an ancient royal kingdom. Back to Kathmandu 6 hours. Bed & breakfast included in hotel 2 stars.
04 Day: Kathmandu to Bhairawa by plane 1 hour and Bhairawa to Lumbini, the birth place of Buddha by jeep 1;30mn. Bed & breakfast included in hotel 2 stars.
05 Day: Visit the palace of Shakya King and Buddhist monuments. Bed & breakfast included in hotel 2 stars.
06 Day: Lumbini to Bhairawa by jeep and Bhairawa to Kathmandu flight back by plane 1: 30 mn. Bed & breakfast included.
07 Day: Early in the morning at 6 o'clock departure from hotel to Kathmandu domestic airport for one hour mountain flight on the Everest Himalayan range. Then, transfer to hotel and free day in Kathmandu, shopping. Bed & breakfast included in hotel 2 stars. Fare well dinner with different ethnic folk music and dance with different ethnic uniforms in authentic and traditional Nepali restaurant.
08 Day: International departure.
