The most popular tourist destination in Ghana is considered its capital, the city of Accra, which represents a quite modern dynamic city, filled with numerous sightseeings and entertainments for the tourists.
The main sightseeings of the city are represented by the numerous ancient districts filled with old colonial mansions. Another sightseeings are the National Museum of Accra, where are gathered numerous objects of the Ghanaian art, the building of the National Theater and so on. Ghana is also well-known as the country of fortresses as on the coast territory of about 250 kilometres there are built around 15 castles and fortresses.
There are also lots of natural sightseeings in Ghana, like amazingly picturesque long beaches or Wli Falls that are about 70 metres high and are located on the border with Togo, annually attracting lots of adventurers.
