Other company concepts are Blue Smoke & Jazz Standard (1), Café 2 (1), Eleven Madison Park (1), Gramercy Tavern (1), Shake Shack (3), Tabla (1), Terrace 5 (1), The Modern (1), and Union Square Café (1). These are upscale restaurants, serving mostly American cuisine. Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $15-$30+ per person check average. The restaurants have a full bar and seating for about 200.
