Eric was great. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent English and happy to pace the tour to meet our needs. Very good communication prior to the tour. Always felt very safe and comfortable.

Nadia was very knowledgeable with a great command of English. We especially enjoyed her personalized narrative, rather than some tour guides who sound like they are reciting a script. She is a competent driver and we felt very safe as she navigated busy Kiev city traffic. Planning to book another tour with her since we were so pleased!
