About Kampala
The picturesque capital of Uganda, the city of Kampala, is situated on the Northern coast of the famous Victoria Lake. The city was established for the very first time back in 1890 and its name has appeared from the name of the local antilopes species. Kasubi Tombs are considered another popular local historical sightseeing, Rubaga and Namirembe Cathedrals attract foreigners with their architectural beauty, Uganda Parliament Building and Nommo Art Gallery of Kampala are also considered rather worthy local toruist attractions. Besides that, Kampala offers its visitors lots of active kinds of entertainment, including rafting, hiking, numerous safari tours around the local National Parks, where it is possible to watch the exotic wild animals in their natural habitat and many many other things that will definitely make your trip one of the most unforgettable travel experiences.
