Built in 1914 by British Rule as a Carrier Corps now is a vibrant vegetable and spice market in Dar es Salaam. The big next Market was built after the independence of Tanzania. Now it is the largest place for shopping of domestic and household equipment's.
> Makumbusho Village Museum:
It saves as a department of the National Museum of Tanzania given the role of preserving the traditional architecture of Tanzanian ethnic groups. Tanzania has approximately 120 tribes.
> Mwalimu House:
Built in 1954 by Mwalimu Nyerere, now it has useful documentation regarding the Late Julius K Nyerere who was the first president of Tanzania. The house act as a small museum depicting both Mwalimu's life and the history of independence of Tanzania.
> Mwenge Curio Shops:
A large multi curio shops to learn the artworks of handmade-crafts and buying of souvenirs
> Azania Front Church:
Used as a Secretary Building during the German colonial period
> Saint Joseph Cathedral:
Built in 1892 by the Germans, a church still bears its aesthetic value that can not compared with any church along the East African Coast
