This excursion is a perfect choice for those travelers that are in Berlin for the very first time and do not want to miss anything during their stay or even for those that have already been here before, but anyways would like to learn more about the rich history of this city and about its past. During this excursion we are going to visit the left till the modern days parts of the famous Berlin Wall and, of course, learn more about the history of the bravest, but also the most daring escapes that ever been made over, under and even through th wall many many years ago. Also straight from there, we will go visit the site of one of the most remarkable escapes just before attending th last watchtower remaining nowadays straight in the modern city centre.
Also we are going to visit the Berlin Wall memorial at Bernauer Strasse, where the border earlier just quite literally went between the public and living buildings, generating some of the most astonishing and spontaneous escapes as inhabitants jumped straight out of their windows of the soon-to-be-destroyed apartment blocks on the wall itself.
After walking above the routes of tunnels that were dug just below the Wall, we will be also able to see the memorial to those people, that were murdered there by the border guards.
