About Bordeaux

The city of Bordeaux nowadays is considered one of the most beautiful French cities, which is even sometimes called the small Paris by the local citizens. The city is considered the biggest city in the whole France by its territory with the population of about one million people. Bordeaux nowadays carefully keeps lots of various historical monuments of different eras, especially at its historical center. Les Quais is considered one of the most popular local districts, where people come to walk along the old bay of Bordeaux. Pont Neuf or the New Bridge is ironically considered the oldest bridge of the city with a beautiful view on the old military ship, which nowadays contains a quite interesting museum and a restaurant inside.
La Victoire is considered another popular local district, which is also quite rich with the sightserings, like the famous Triumphal Arch of Bordeaux, towering above the streets, which is still carefully protected by the French government.
