About Keila
Keila nowadays represents a small city, situated on the North-West of Estonia straight on the river of the same name. The city became a rather popular destination, well-known among the foreign travelers starting from the XIII-th century. Nowadays the population of this tiny Estonian city counts about 9,4 thousands of citizens. The city of Keila is considered nowadays a quite frequently visited by foreigners city, due to its rather convenient location, as the city is situated in only about 25 kilometers from the capital of Estonia, the city of Tallinn.
The major part of the city is highly inhabited, but nevertheless, there is still a small part of the city, which is covered by thick forests, wild meadows and even numerous swamps. The city is considered one of the greenest cities of Estonia, due to a very large number of city parks, blossoming yards, gardens and thick green pine woods, situated in the Western part of the city.
