How to meet travelers at the airport?

It’s not a secret that a happy guide is that one, who is surrounded with happy travelers. And everyone knows that our general impression from the trip is usually formed from the numerous small details, beginning from the first minutes, spent in the new country. That is why meeting travelers at the airport in a right way is a very significant part of building their right impression. Usually, there are no problems that may occur on your way to the hotel. Nevertheless, everyone is already exhausted after the flight and is longing to have some rest at the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel room. So do not forget to warn travelers in advance about how much time your way is going take. If you forget, it's unavoidable that everyone will ask you about it anyway.
The second and the most complicated moment on your way is the arrival at the hotel. The mostly common arrival hours are usually between 11 and 12 a.m., while the check-in can only be made beginning from 2 p.m. The most important thing for a guide here is not to let his travelers get bored. Your task here is to make their waiting as comfortable as it’s possible: as a rule, first things they need are leaving the baggage in the safe place and taking shower. Try to suggest them some alternative places, where they can have some rest and tidy them up before the check-in is possible or you may even provide your travelers some things they can do for their entertainment while waiting, for example, visiting one of the local cafes, going to the nearby souvenir shop and so on.
