Cheap PAWA Dominicana Flights (7Q)

PAWA Dominicana (Pan Am World Airways Dominicana) was the national and international flag carrier of the Dominican Republic. It was created as a subsidiary airline for Pan American Airways. The airline scheduled flights between the Dominican Republic and Haiti, Puerto Rico, Curaçao and other Caribbean destinations. Its hubs were Santo Domingo-Las Américas International Airport and Santiago-Cibao International Airport.

On June 04, 2010 the company was purchased by a group of airlines professionals leading by Mrs. Mirtha Espada appointed as Company's President.

On February 2012 the airline ceased its operations due to a two million dollar debt with the Dominican aviation agency and the airport operator. In its last months of operations the airline cancelled many flights without notifying passengers and operated faulty aircraft.
