Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. Granted Injunction Against Z-Train Executives

Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. (OTCBB: XTRN) announced today that in District Court of Clark County, Nevada, Judge Herendon granted the request by Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. also known as the "X" Train an injunction against Z-Train executives Romm Doulton, Elaine Doulton, J. Bruce Richardson, D2 Holdings LLC and D2 Entertainment LLC.

The "X" Train was the Plaintiff in the case citing defamatory remarks made by the defendants about the "X" Train and its executives. The injunction is just the first step in the continuing litigation brought by the "X" Train. No date has yet been set for trial.

"We are pleased with the ruling of Judge Herendon granting the injunction against the Z-Train," stated Michael Barron, CEO of the "X" Train. "Further, we look forward to the resolution by the courts of the defamatory and unfounded and malicious activities by Z-Train executives Doulton & Richardson toward the "X" Train," said Barron. "We are protecting the interests of our shareholders by bringing this action." The injunction prohibits Z-Train executives from further defamatory remarks and false statements made by them against "X" Train personnel.

"I suggest Mr. Doulton and Mr. Richardson spend a little more time working on their own project rather than trying to disparage our effort," said Barron. "We come out in the press and then the Z-Train suddenly appears. Doulton's pleadings in court say he has invested 13,000 hours developing this. That's 6 1/2 years, 8 hours a day and no one we ever spoke to in the railroad business has ever heard of them."

"This is a serious project with many components which all must come together in order to make it work. We have the talent and financial resources with money in the bank to bring this to fruition. It's good for Las Vegas and good for our local economy. We remain dedicated to completing this venture."
