Interstate China to Add the Third Shanghai Hotel to the Growing Hotel Portfolio

Interstate China Hotels and Resorts Company, which is a joint venture between Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Jin Jiang International Hotels Company sign an agreement for managing the 514 room JC Mandarin Hotel, with effective from February 1, 2012
