These Terms & Conditions apply to all airfares sold through our website. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via online chat from the website, e-mail: agent@globalreservation.com, phone: +1.404.250.9422, Skype: global.reservation.

You must review the details of your travel itinerary carefully to make sure there are no mistakes (dates, names, cities, etc…). Failure to do so may result in your inability to use the airline ticket and the cancellation of the reservation including all penalties according to airline and agency policy.

After a confirmation number is issued, a reservation may be voided no later than 12 hours following that day. A void penalty of $100.00 per ticket will apply. Typically, funds from void transactions may post back to the credit card up to 30 days depending on the rules of the bank a credit card was issued by. Please note that this time frame may vary from bank to bank, so we encourage you to check with your credit card issuing bank, regarding their specific policies on void/credit transactions.

If your credit card declines the charge for the ticket, an administrative fee of $25.00 per person will apply.

All cancellations (where permitted) are subject to an airline penalty, plus a service fee of $100.00 per person. When a refund is requested, the process may take up to 6-8 weeks, however, debit card refunds may take longer. Please check with your credit card issuing bank, regarding their specific policies on refund transactions.

All changes (where permitted) are subject to an airline penalty, plus a service fee of $100.00 per person. If the new itinerary results in a higher fare, the difference must also be collected.

All cancellations or changes must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

Some airlines may permit special medical emergency waivers for trip cancelation. They require all hospital and doctor documentation, for consideration on a case by case basis. If you have a medical emergency and need to cancel your trip, please note that there is a service fee of $50.00 per person to initiate this refund. Please e-mail your request to agent@globalreservation.com, including all applicable documentation, and one of our agents will contact you for more information.

Please allow enough time for the shipping of paper-tickets, as we must have them in our possession before scheduled departure to make any cancellation or changes. Otherwise the reservation will be considered a "no show" and the ticket will not be eligible for refund.

Tickets are not valid for resale or transfer. Names shown on tickets cannot be changed.

New baggage restrictions apply for domestic and international travel. Please contact the airline directly for specific details, or visit www.travelbaggage.info for more information.

Seat assignments and special meal requests will be conveyed to the airlines, but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers traveling together will be selected automatically and adjacent to the primary passenger, based on best seats available at the time of request.

Special offers, coupons or credits may not be applied to the airfares.

Shipping prices include delivery to any USA or Canadian address. We can ship paper tickets to a non-US address for an additional fee.

If your tickets cannot be processed for any reason, you will be notified via e-mail within 2 (two) business days and your payment will NOT be processed.

In rare cases, a ticket that is indicated as «ELECTRONIC» at the time of booking will have to be issued as a paper ticket. This is beyond our control and depends on the airline's routing and agreements with other carriers. In the event this occurs, we will contact to advise the paper ticket status, and will ship the paper tickets using FedEx, additional shipping costs will apply.

Most airlines accept major credit cards. There are, however, airlines that do not accept some credit cards. In the event that the credit card you entered is not accepted by the validating airline on your ticket, our agent will contact you prior to ticket processing to discuss alternate payment options. In case you do not have any other form of payment and decide to use the originally entered credit card, certain merchant fees could apply.

It is your responsibility to reconfirm your flights directly with the airlines at least 72 hours prior to your departure date (outbound and inbound).

We are not responsible for any airline schedule changes, as the airlines have the right to adjust their flight schedules up to the day of departure. Failure to reconfirm your flights may result in the cancellation of your reservation. We are not liable for flight cancellations, flights that are missed, or flights with misconnections due to any airline schedule changes. We are not able to compensate for hotel overnights, if such occur due to airlines schedule change. It is your responsibility to coordinate with the airlines directly, any changes that might affect your travel.

If there is a schedule change that requires tickets to be exchanged due to the airlines actions, there will be a service fee imposed of $25.00 per reservation.

If the airline is providing a full refund due to a major schedule change, you will be responsible for the purchase of a new airline ticket with another carrier. Money transfer from one airline to another is not permitted. Airline refunds may take between 6-8 weeks for the credit to appear on the credit card statement.

Adult fares apply for passengers 12 years and older. Child fares apply to passengers between the ages of 2 and 11 years old. Infant fares apply for passengers under the age of 2 years old. Infants who reach their 2nd birthday before the completion of their trip will be considered a child and the child fare will apply. Additionally, infants occupying a seat will also be charged a child fare.

If a minor (17 years or younger) travels alone, it is the passengers responsibility to check with the airlines directly, regarding their policies and fees for the acceptance of unaccompanied minors.

You can book a ticket online approximately 330 days ahead of today's date.

Purchase of optional travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance products are 100% non-refundable once purchased.

For international travel, it is always important to check the "Entry Requirements" for the countries that you will be visiting. Visas and passports must be current and up to date. Some countries will not allow entry with a one way ticket.

Check all rules and regulations before purchasing a ticket. Airlines do not refund or waive penalties due to improper documentation. This is the sole responsibility of each passenger.

Check-in with the airlines is required at least 3-4 hours prior to departure for International travel and at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic USA travel. Late check-in may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and your ticket might have no value afterwards.

This is not a fee and you will not be charged this amount, as it is only a temporary authorization of funds.

If you are using a debit card please contact your bank as soon as your reservation is confirmed, and make sure to raise the daily allowed spending limit to cover the purchase (if applicable).
